Hello, my name is Stan Sheppard I am an Associate Real Estate
Broker with Tri-counties Real Estate. As a lifelong resident
of southeast Georgia and Screven County and a real estate
appraiser, I feel uniquely qualified to serve the needs of

I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in
general studies. My areas of concentration were Business,
Southern Studies and Real Estate Finance.
